Determination of Working Hours

  1. The daily working hours are set at eight hours.
  2. The worker may not be employed for more than 48 hours a week.
  3. Working hours must include one or more periods for rest, totaling not less than one hour.

Overtime Hours

  1. The employer may require the worker to work overtime in cases of necessity.
  2. The worker is entitled to additional wages for overtime work.

 

 

 Weekly Rest

  1. The worker is entitled to one day of weekly rest with full pay.
  2. The employer may determine the day of the weekly rest in accordance with the work requirements.

 

 

Annual Leave

  1. The worker is entitled to annual leave with full pay for not less than thirty days a year.
  2. The worker must take the leave during the same year, and it may not be postponed to the following year except with the worker’s consent.

 

 

Sick Leave

  1. The worker is entitled to sick leave with full pay for no more than fifteen days a year.
  2. If the sick leave exceeds fifteen days, the worker is entitled to only half of his wages.
