We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Personal Assistant (PA) to provide comprehensive support to an individual based in Dubai. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and empathy suitable for working with a family requiring personal assistance. The majority of tasks will revolve around home administration, with occasional in-person visits required for specific errands such as VISA office appointments.



Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Virtual Assistance: Provide virtual support to manage day-to-day tasks including scheduling appointments, managing emails, and organizing documents.
2. Home Administration: Assist with household management such as bill payments, organizing household supplies, and coordinating maintenance services.
3. Calendar Management: Maintain an organized calendar for appointments, events, and reminders.
4. Travel Arrangements: Coordinate travel plans including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation for in-person visits as required.
5. Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for both internal and external communications, ensuring timely responses and appropriate handling of inquiries.
6. Document Management: Maintain and organize important documents, files, and records in both physical and digital formats.
7. Miscellaneous Tasks: Handle ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and willingness to assist with various responsibilities.

● Must be based in Dubai, UAE.
● Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle for occasional in-person meetings.
● Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
● Excellent time management skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
