Program Assistant
Job Summary
- Reporting to the Marketing and Admissions Manager you will be responsible for reviewing and processing academic applications in a timely fashion;
- focusing on exceptional customer service; dealing with enquiries from prospective students;
- nsuring high calibre students apply for the MBA programme; following up on enquiries generated from the various marketing activities;
- closely following up with the applicants on their application requirements; to ensure that deadlines are met;
- and to liaise closely with the UK office.
Job Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience working in admissions or student support at a higher education authority.
- You must be degree educated and able to travel occasionally within the Middle East region.
- Fluency in English is essential.
